1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below. Unless context requires otherwise, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with ad7777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity for the purpose of participating in gaming activities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or banned from ad7777 or any related platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of ad7777, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently receiving treatment for, a gambling addiction or related disorder;
• You are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) unless prior written approval has been obtained from ad7777 compliance.

ad7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure without refund of bonus funds.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ad7777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ad7777 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify ad7777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ad7777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with our obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming commitments, ad7777 conducts KYC verification for all accounts. Users may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash/EasyPaisa wallet or bank statement).

Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending resolution. ad7777 reserves the right to permanently close and confiscate funds from accounts where fraudulent documentation is identified.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ad7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ad7777 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed at the time of transaction within the Platform's cashier section. These thresholds are subject to change and the most current figures will always be reflected within the Platform rather than in this document.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before real-money withdrawal is permitted;
• KYC verification must be completed and approved;
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit, to prevent money laundering;
• ad7777 reserves the right to apply a processing period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal verification;
• Withdrawals in excess of Rs 500,000 in a single transaction may be subject to additional review and documentation requirements.

4.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

ad7777 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, money laundering, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. In such cases, ad7777 will communicate the reason to the affected user to the extent permissible by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ad7777 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, the following standard wagering conditions apply to all bonus funds credited to ad7777 accounts:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted;
• Wagering on certain game categories (typically live dealer and sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%) toward meeting wagering requirements — the specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account; failure to do so will result in the automatic expiry and removal of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom;
• ad7777 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits during active bonus wagering periods. Bets exceeding these limits may be voided and bonus funds cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ad7777 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using matched betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, ad7777 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonuses, and permanently close the offending account(s).

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

Promotional offers are available only to eligible registered users. ad7777 reserves the right to exclude any user from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, including on the basis of play history, wagering patterns, or risk assessment. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games on the ad7777 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems deployed by ad7777 are independently audited by third-party certification bodies to ensure all game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and free from house manipulation. Results of any individual game round cannot be influenced by the Platform or by any user.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting, PSL match odds, and all other sports markets offered on ad7777 are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In general: bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body; in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability; and bets placed after an event's official start time but before in-play markets open may be voided at ad7777's discretion.

6.3 Disconnections & Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection, technical fault, or system error during an active game round or bet, ad7777 will use all reasonable means to recover the session state from server logs. Where recovery is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the user's account. ad7777 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

6.4 Obvious Errors

In the event that an obvious error, misquote, or technical malfunction causes an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome to be displayed, ad7777 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and correct the error. This includes instances where cricket odds, slot payout tables, or live dealer results are displayed incorrectly due to a data feed fault.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ad7777 Platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identification or personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or exploit bonuses;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users in live dealer or multiplayer game environments;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such bugs to support immediately upon discovery;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any transaction intended to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law, including fraud, identity theft, or financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape any part of the ad7777 Platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ad7777 staff or other users via live chat or any other communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ad7777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ad7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if ad7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ad7777's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their ad7777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your ad7777 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via live chat or email. Upon verified closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding unmet bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days.

12.2 Termination by ad7777

ad7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Identification that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure;
• Extended inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive and subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule).

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ad7777 holds its operating licence. The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version; any translation provided is for convenience only.

In the event of a dispute between you and ad7777, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team, who will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably within fourteen (14) business days of the formal complaint being lodged. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct support, the matter may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified by our licensing authority.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and consolidated proceedings are expressly waived to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ad7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ad7777 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
